Chris Petersen, President & Chief Executive Officer brings a diverse, 30-year background in media, public affairs and senior management to the company. Most recently he was Vice President at AIMS Worldwide, Inc. and formerly served as Senior Vice President for Space Media at SPACEHAB in Washington, DC. While at SPACEHAB, he led business development activity with multi-national partners on media projects at the International Space Station as well as for a worldwide educational program serving a quarter-million students in six countries. Mr. Petersen was President & CEO at News USA, Inc. in Washington, President of the NSE Radio Network in New York, General Manager at Lakes Country Communications in Western New York and Producer of Space Shuttle Television at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston where he worked on the team that developed what is now known as NASA TV.

William J. “Bill” Strickler, General Manager of AIMS Interactive subsidiary Prime Time Broadband, was one of the nation’s first private cable system designers and owners. He designed and constructed Hunter’s Creek Cable in Orlando, which holds the distinction as one of the nation’s first interactive cable systems. In addition, Mr. Strickler has been the designer of and consultant to numerous cable systems including Marriott World Center in Orlando, and the U.S. Secret Service. He is the Founder of Prime Time Cable, Inc. and joined AIMS Interactive when the company purchased Prime Time Cable in February 2005.

Thomas W. Cady, Chairman is a seasoned executive with extensive background in the information technology industry. His in-depth general management experience, with expertise in marketing and sales leadership, has been developed over twenty seven years in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Mr. Cady’s career began with a strong foundation built at Xerox and IBM, where he continuously progressed through positions of increased responsibility in sales, marketing and general management roles. The last fifteen years of experience has consisted of more entrepreneurial environments and early stage technology companies, leading several organizations through various stages of their growth cycle. These growth initiatives have resulted in successful outcomes, including IPO and sale / merger transactions.

Mr. Cady was Co-Founder, President & Chief Operating Officer for BroadStreet Communications, President & CEO of software developer SOTAS, Chief Marketing Officer at Adelphia Communications and Senior Vice President at Cadmus Communications.

Gerald Garcia Jr. is President & Chief Executive Officer of AIMS Worldwide, Inc., the parent company to AIMS Interactive. He is a 35-year veteran of the media and marketing industry. He previously served as Managing Editor of a daily newspaper in Illinois and as President & COO of an advertising agency in Pennsylvania. He is formerly Vice President of Gannett’s West Newspaper Group and has held senior executive positions with Capital Cities Communications, Media News Group and the Los Angeles Newspaper Group. Mr. Garcia was inducted into the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) Hall of Fame in June 2005. He was the founder and first President of NAHJ.

B. Joseph Vincent is Vice Chairman of the Board of AIMS Worldwide, Inc., the parent company to AIMS Interactive. In addition to serving on multiple boards of directors and as a consultant to publicly held land developer Arvida/St. Joe, he was a founder and chief operating officer of Businesship International, Inc., a $3.5 billion multi-national, multi-disciplined investment holding company. From 1979 to 1988 he served as president and chief operating officer of Communications Group, Inc.
